When I drove home this afternoon, I was listening to a podcast from a radio show I discovered last week: In the studio with Michael Card.

The subject of the podcast I listened to was Lamenting. I didn’t finish the whole show yet, but it intrigues me and also put me to thinking about the place of lamenting in the Christian life. Especially when I compare it to the "Always happy" teaching of Joel Osteen a.o. I myself am more attracted to lamenting.

I think this subject will get me to thinking for a while. Maybe I’ll come back to this subject later on.
